●The steel material S45C and SCM440 match with JIS standard, the same grade as international standard, designed and manufactured in Taiwan head office/plant.
●Diameter of die head is from 50mm to 200mm more, LLDPE and LDPE can be used in one mold, HDPE and LDPE can be used in one mold as well. That would facilitate client cost savings.
●Design capability in ALL-IN-ONE, one bigger size die head with several small die core and die cap, like 100mm die body with 80mm die core and die cap, make sure client output demand quality, film width and blow up ratio(BUR) at the best extent.
●To attain OUTPUT inquiry from customers under assessing following conditions:
Film width thickness(mm), the screw of size extruder, the power of extruder (KG/HR), compulsory pressure using(BAR), the power of blower(HP), Cooling system like Dual Lip Air Ring using, IBC system, Other peripheral equipment specification, heater band (V).
●One year warranty excluding human damage and natural disaster.
